Wale live in ATL

I love this song. Wale tried to make hits on his last album, but failed miserably with Chillin. This is the type of song that he needs to get him into the mainstream. I'm hoping once he get's there he stays true to his lyrics and core following though. It's known that every major label artist must have: a song for the chickens, and a club banger. So I can not fault him for making this type of music, esp when it knocks. But here's hoping on his next album songs like shades, contemplate, and momma told me will not go astray.

I recentley started listening to Adele and if you don't know who she is by now you should be perk your ears up for this one, John Legend just recently covered this song:



Shes a 23 y/o British singer with a strong voice and when you combine that with sampling its just beautiful.





Just recently I found one of my favorite new gen rappers - Childish Gambino has hopped on the beat and I have to say I'm a fan.
